Christmas Appointments

Appointments between 10th-21st December will require a £20 booking fee per service. This booking fee will be non refundable as usual, but can also only be moved to another date within 10th-21st December. If you need to move it outside of these dates then unfortunately this booking fee will not be able to be transferred to the new date. This is to make sure we still cover ourselves at the busiest time of the whole year when appointment times are longer than usual. If you wish to move the appointment within 10th-21st we will require at least 48hrs notice. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee being able to move it if there is no longer availability on the date you would prefer.

As our online system has a set deposit amount (£10 for gel polish / £15 for hard gel mani/infills) for any appointments booked online, an additional payment will be required to complete the £20 booking fee, and for your booking to be confirmed. You will receive an email with a link for the additional payment, which will give you 48hrs to complete the booking fee. As soon as we have received the payment within that time your booking will be confirmed. If we do not receive payment within 48hrs we will try to contact you by phone to take payment. If we have no response within 24hrs after calling, your appointment will be cancelled.



If you would like to book with a specific staff member at Jojo’s this can be done via our online booking. The staff member you are booked with may be subject to change. If you would like to make any changes to your booking please email and we’ll try our best for you.


All appointments require a booking fee per service, which will be deducted from the amount you pay on the day of your appointment. We do not have access to any card details of online payments. All appointments booked over the phone will also require a booking fee and we can take payment over the phone with a credit/debit card. These non refundable booking fees are £15 per hard gel service and £10 per service for anything else. Although the booking fees are non-refundable we can move it to another date with at least 48hrs notice.


Please make sure you book a removal if you have existing product on your nails. If removal is not pre-booked it may affect what is achievable for the remainder of your appointment due to time. Please note we do not remove any extensions (hard gel or acrylic) from any other salon, you will need to have these removed at your previous salon before visiting us.


We require at least 48hrs notice for any cancellations. If you do not turn up for your appointment or give us less than 48hrs notice, we unfortunately will have to retain your booking fee and it will not be transferable to another date.


If you are running late for your appointment, please call us on 07540497037. If you arrive late to your appointment by 15 minutes or more this may affect what can be achieved in the time remaining. We try our best to accommodate where possible but please be aware that arriving late may mean we cannot honour the appointment.


Unfortunately, due to insurance and GDPR regulations we cannot offer services to anyone under the age of 16.
