We will send you a reminder 24hrs prior to your appointment by text and/or email

If there is anything important concerning your appointment (eg if your nail technician is ill) we will try to make contact with you using the details we have.  Please update us with any of your contact details should you make any changes to them.

We will never pass any of your information on to third parties, nor will we send you any spam.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please call (or text) us to let us know.  Please do not email as these are not monitored as regularly as the phone.  We require 48hrs notice for any changes or cancellations, as per our booking policies.

 

Consultations

At your first appointment with us we require a client consultation form to be completed by you.  This personal information you provide is required for our insurance purposes and is to safeguard you during your services with us.  This information is securely stored on our electronic system which is password protected and only viewed by the nail technician carrying out your service.

We are required to keep the information you supply us in the consultation form for a period of 7 years since your last service with us.  You have the right to see any information we keep and you can request that any data be changed or securely destroyed (if over the 7 year period, if less than 7 years we can archive your information).
